Vaughan Constructions was delighted to attend the official opening of the Winning Services distribution centre on Wednesday 8 February 2023. The 45,740m虏 distribution centre was delivered on behalf of our valued repeat customer, LOGOS Group and will be the base of the Winning Group鈥檚 logistics business, Winning Services. Located in LOGOS鈥� Wacol Logistics Hub in Queensland, the distribution centre will service Winning Group鈥檚 businesses Appliances Online, Winning Appliances, Rogerseller, Spence & Lyda and 九色堂 Clearance and third-party logistics partners including iFit and Sub-Zero & Wolf.

Having completed Unit 1 mid-2022, an 18,300m虏 facility for leading natural beauty and wellness business BWX, the team have delivered Unit 2 and Unit 3, which are tenanted by Toys 鈥淩鈥� Us.

Vaughan Constructions is partnering with repeat customer Charter Hall on a new facility for CEVA Logistics in Berrinba, Queensland. CEVA Logistics is a full-freight and logistics company offering freight management and contract logistics services globally. This new facility will house CEVA鈥檚 Contract Logistics business and will be predominantly used for inbounding product, storage, cross-docking activities, external hardstand storage and outbound consignment picking, sorting and dispatch.
